What is DocWise?
DocWise is AI document intelligence from Cogniquest. It reads, classifies and indexes every document your teams use and makes it answerable, with every answer cited to its source, in a governed workspace to search, share, comment and organize. It's more than a document repository.
How is DocWise different from enterprise search or a chatbot?
Semantic search finds documents and passages by meaning, not just keywords. Answers are grounded in your own documents and linked to the exact passage. If the documents don't support an answer, DocWise doesn't give one.
Which documents and sources does DocWise work with?
Contracts, policies, reports, forms, correspondence and scans, with no templates. Documents come from Microsoft Outlook and OneDrive, Google Drive, DocuSign, uploads and APIs.
Does DocWise keep tables and layout intact?
Yes. DocWise reads with DICER, which keeps tables, fields, sections and layout intact, so answers draw on complete, meaningful content rather than fragments.
Who uses DocWise?
Any team that works from documents, in any industry: operations, legal, compliance, finance, procurement, HR and customer service. DocWise is in use with customers today.
How does DocWise control access to documents?
Role-based access is decided once and enforced on every document, and every action is on the record. When documents need to become decisions, such as an invoice to approve or a claim to settle, the same platform runs APWise, ClaimWise, FinWise or a tailored outcome.
